Key responsibilities

We are looking for a person with experience in automotive parts quality to carry out the following main tasks:

- Ensure the quality of the supplier's response within the expected timeframe, criteria, and format.

- Inform, define, and monitor system audit, process audit, and non-conformance audit actions, as well as the firewall.

- Lead preventive activity in the supplier process: feed and apply the lessons learned database from technologies, R-FMEA audits, and process window restrictions.

- Decide, organize, and lead the workgroup with the supplier. Synthetically escalate the status of progress, the action plan, and the visibility of closure.

- Escalate to purchasing: prepare a dossier with the main topics and arguments.

- Manage warranty incidents. Include reporting to the client plant as the leader of the topic.

- Ensure compliance with supplier indicators. Lead the action plan to achieve the expected level.

- Lead the supplier in the Sourcing and Project phase in terms of process validation: ensure the quality of documentation and that the process progress status meets the agreed schedule.

Required skills and experience

Minimum education: Technical Engineer. Knowledge of manufacturing, design, and validation of automotive components.

- Knowledge of quality tools: system/process audits and 8D, analysis and validation of processes (4M, Ishikawa, 5W, IS/ISNOT, FTree, FMEA, R-FMEA, control plan, process capabilities), knowledge of various technologies (including electronics).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Availability to travel to supplier facilities in Spain and Europe.

- Advanced English: excellent negotiation skills, both spoken and written.

- Ability to synthesize information and present it to the Management Committee as the topic leader.

- Knowledge of electronics will be valued.
