Key responsibilities

We are looking for a person with experience in automotive parts quality to carry out the following main tasks:

- Ensure the quality of the supplier's response within the expected timeframe, criteria, and format.

- Inform, define, and monitor system audit, process audit, and non-conformance audit actions, as well as the firewall.

- Lead preventive activity in the supplier process: feed and apply the lessons learned database from technologies, R-FMEA audits, and process window restrictions.

- Decide, organize, and lead the workgroup with the supplier. Synthetically escalate the status of progress, the action plan, and the visibility of closure.

- Escalate to purchasing: prepare a dossier with the main topics and arguments.

- Manage warranty incidents. Include reporting to the client plant as the leader of the topic.

- Ensure compliance with supplier indicators. Lead the action plan to achieve the expected level.

- Lead the supplier in the Sourcing and Project phase in terms of process validation: ensure the quality of documentation and that the process progress status meets the agreed schedule.

Required skills and experience

Minimum education: Technical Engineer. Knowledge of manufacturing, design, and validation of automotive components.

- Knowledge of quality tools: system/process audits and 8D, analysis and validation of processes (4M, Ishikawa, 5W, IS/ISNOT, FTree, FMEA, R-FMEA, control plan, process capabilities), knowledge of various technologies (including electronics).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Availability to travel to supplier facilities in Spain and Europe.

- Advanced English: excellent negotiation skills, both spoken and written.

- Ability to synthesize information and present it to the Management Committee as the topic leader.

- Knowledge of electronics will be valued.

• Knowledge of quality tools: audits, 8D, analysis and validation of processes (4M, Ishikawa, 5W, IS/ISNOT, FTree, FMEA, R-FMEA, control plan).
• Knowledge of blueprint reading.
• Proficiency in office software at a user level (Office).
• Availability to travel to suppliers in Spain and Europe.
• Valid B1 driver's license is essential.
• Very high level of English: negotiation skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to synthesize and present to the Management Committee as the topic leader.
• Availability to travel to international suppliers (Europe).

Responsabilidades clave

Buscamos a una persona con experiencia en calidad de autopartes para realizar las siguientes tareas principales:

- Garantizar la calidad de la respuesta del proveedor dentro del plazo, criterios y formato esperados.

Informar, definir y monitorear las acciones de auditoría del sistema, auditoría de procesos y auditoría de no conformidades, así como el firewall.

- Liderar la actividad preventiva en el proceso del proveedor: Alimentar y aplicar la base de datos con lecciones aprendidas de las tecnologías, auditorías R-FMEA y restricción de ventanas de proceso.

- Decidir, organizar y liderar el grupo de trabajo con el proveedor. Escalar sintéticamente el estado del progreso, el plan de acción y la visibilidad del cierre.

- Escalar a compras: preparar un dossier con los temas y argumentos principales.

- Gestión de incidentes de garantía. Incluir la presentación de informes a la planta del cliente como líder de voz del tema.

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores por parte del proveedor. Liderar el plan de acción para alcanzar el nivel esperado.

- Liderar al proveedor en la fase de Abastecimiento y Proyecto en términos de validación de procesos: asegurar que la calidad de la documentación y el estado del progreso del proceso se ajusten al plazo acordado.

Habilidades y experiencia requeridas

Educación mínima: Ingeniero Técnico. Conocimientos de fabricación, diseño y validación de componentes de automoción.

- Conocimientos de herramientas de calidad: auditorías system.process y 8D, análisis y validación de procesos (4M, Ishikawa, 5W, IS/ISNOT, FTree, FMEA, R-FMEA, plan de control, capacidades de proceso), conocimientos de diversas tecnologías (incluida la electrónica).

- Dominio de Microsoft Office.

- Disponibilidad para viajar a las instalaciones de proveedores en España y Europa.

- Inglés avanzado: excelentes habilidades de negociación oral y escrita.

- Capacidad para sintetizar información y presentarla al Comité de Dirección como líder en el tema.

- Se valorarán conocimientos de electrónica.

• Dominio de ofimática a nivel de usuario (Office).

• Carnet de conducir B1 imprescindible.
• Inglés nivel muy alto: capacidad negociación hablado y escrito.
• Capacidad de síntesis y de exposición frente Comité Dirección como piloto del tema.
• Disponibilidad para viajar a proveedores internacionales (Europa)
