At Hospital Universitario Fundación Jiménez Díaz, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant at the Jiménez Díaz Foundation Nursing School on its Villalba Campus.

What you'll do

Whose functions will be:

Management of the SIGMA-UAM academic management application (enrollment, adding/removing courses/teachers/students).

Issuing academic certificates and requesting degrees. Transcripts.

Logistics and control of uses and access to the School's facilities.

Logistics of the physical and digital classroom.

Logistics of student lockers and uniforms.

Logistics of consumable and inventoriable materials. Order management.

Participation in setting up simulation scenarios.

Calendar management and room organization.

Creating video conferences: connection, monitoring, and incidents with the platform.

Web editing, publishing lists, and managing forms.

Creating content for communication with students via Telegram.

Providing in-person and telephone information about the degrees offered at the Jiménez Díaz Foundation Nursing School Center.

Personal and telephone assistance to students and teachers: enrollment, payments, questions.

Managing incidents in classrooms and digital media.

Monitoring teacher attendance.

Using the optical reader for grading exams.

3D printing management; training in CAD 3D design programs and experience working with 3D printing equipment will be valued.
