Job description

What will your mission be?

Organize and manage the patient flow, contributing to providing an agile and effective service. Carry out the corresponding billing processes and the rest of the administrative functions aimed at ensuring the proper development of the assigned service.

What you'll do

What will be your functions and responsibilities?

You will manage the administrative documentation and ensure its proper filing and maintenance for daily work.

You will carry out the administrative processes for patient admission, including obtaining and managing the required documentation.

You will ensure the correct identification of patients and manage the scheduling of medical visits and tests.

You will handle billing to private patients with precision, manage insurer authorizations, and ensure compliance with established procedures.

You will resolve conflicts related to daily activities, demonstrating the ability to make decisions and solve problems.

Requirements
