Job description

From Quirónsalud's private hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for a Patient Experience Manager at Hospital Universitario Quirónsalud Madrid, located in Pozuelo de Alarcón.

What you'll do

What will your duties and responsibilities be?

You will lead the hospital's patient experience strategy

You will identify and design improvement opportunities

You will work together with the Quality, Safety and Experience management and the care teams on improvement projects.

You will train and support the teams

You will prepare periodic reports for each of the areas you lead.
