From Quirónsalud's private hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for a Study Coordinator for the Quirónsalud Pozuelo University Hospital, located in Pozuelo de Alarcón.

What will your mission be?

Coordinate with the Principal Investigator and institution and ensure that Phase I Oncology clinical trials and related activities are carried out in accordance with current national regulations and the sponsor's policies and procedures.

What you'll do

What will your main functions and responsibilities be?

Coordinate tasks related to clinical trials in the Oncology Department.

Ensure coordination and communication between the sponsor and the research team, as well as with the rest of the team involved in clinical trials.

Maintain and manage documentation related to clinical trials in the Medical Oncology Department.

Plan patient visits.

Provide support to nursing staff in maintaining associated consumable materials, as well as stock control of these materials.

Complete information in the case report form (CRF). Enter data, as well as maintain, report, and follow up on serious adverse events, resolving questions generated in the CRF as quickly as possible.

Contact the personnel designated by the study sponsor periodically to keep patient and visit information up to date. Attend monitoring visits.

Manage and send biological samples to local and central laboratories.

Be a point of reference to address patients' adverse events within the established timeframe.

Provide support to Phase I oncology trial nursing staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science.

English level B2 (minimum).

Training, knowledge, and experience with clinical trials will be valued.

Training or a master's degree in clinical trials is highly valued.

Training in Nursing or similar will be especially valued.
