About the role

What you'll do
As part of the Quality Control area in the Finished Product section, your main functions will be:
Perform analytical determinations on semi-finished and finished products.
Execute and participate in sampling, process validations, and cleaning verifications.
Document the sampling and analytical results through the laboratory management information system.
Collaborate in the improvement of SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) and analysis guides.
Calibrate, verify, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, as well as keep their documentation up to date.
Manage and use work patterns, reagents, and waste correctly.
Manage and collaborate on laboratory material orders.
Maintain order and proper management in the rooms, warehouses, and sample storage of Quality Control.

Requirements
Education: Higher Level Training Cycle in Laboratory Analysis and Control.
Experience: At least 2 years in quality control within the pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic industry, with a special focus on Finished Product.
Technical knowledge: Proficiency in HPLC, as well as in common analytical techniques (pH, density, viscosity, UV/Vis spectroscopy, friability, hardness, disintegration, etc.).
Competencies: Ability to follow protocols and instructions with precision, documentary rigor, analytical thinking, attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.

What you'll do
Formando parte del área de Control de Calidad en la sección de Producto Acabado, tus funciones principales serán:
Realizar las determinaciones analíticas en producto semielaborado y acabado.
Ejecutar y participar en muestreos, validaciones de proceso y verificaciones de limpieza.
Documentar el muestreo y los resultados analíticos a través del sistema informático de gestión del laboratorio.
Colaborar en la mejora de los PNTs (Procedimientos Normalizados de Trabajo) y guías de análisis.
