Senior Project Manager – Financial Services

Project Management: Lead and deliver multiple medium- and high-impact projects in the Accounting and Investment Administration area.

Quality and Delivery: Ensure the quality of deliverables, making sure projects are executed within the established budget, timeline, and scope, removing obstacles autonomously.

Governance and Planning: Comply with the company's project management framework and the PMO (project plans, risk/issue management, budgets, change requests, and status reporting).

Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and key stakeholders to align expectations and ensure project success.

Coordination and Control: Manage internal and external dependencies, ensuring the proper collection, storage, and flow of information to facilitate strategic decision-making.

Experience: extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-geographic projects within the financial or insurance sector.

Agile Methodologies: At least 3 years of proven experience managing projects with Scrum / Agile methodologies. Previous experience with traditional frameworks (Waterfall) or Lean will be valued.

Certifications: PMP certification (or similar) required. Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, etc.) will be a highly valued plus.

Business Knowledge: Good knowledge of investment instruments and financial accounting/investment processes.

Relationship and Leadership Skills: Experience managing international/distributed teams and excellent communication and presentation skills before Senior Management (C-Level).

Languages: Fluent English (essential for the company's multicultural environment).

Si tu trayectoria profesional está orientada a la gestión de proyectos orientados a soluciones financieras e inversiones, ¡queremos conocerte!

Gestión de Proyectos: Liderar y entregar múltiples proyectos de mediano y gran impacto en el área de Contabilidad y Administración de Inversiones.

Calidad y Entrega: Garantizar la calidad de los entregables, asegurando que los proyectos se ejecuten dentro del presupuesto, tiempo y alcance establecidos, eliminando obstáculos de forma autónoma.

Gobernanza y Planificación: Cumplir con el marco de gestión de proyectos de la compañía y la PMO (planes de proyecto, gestión de riesgos/incidencias, presupuestos, peticiones de cambio y reporte de estados).

Gestión de Stakeholders: Comunicarse eficazmente con clientes, directivos y partes interesadas clave para alinear expectativas y asegurar el éxito del proyecto.

Coordinación y Control: Gestionar dependencias internas y externas, asegurando la correcta recopilación, almacenamiento y flujo de información para facilitar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Experiencia: amplia experiencia liderando proyectos de gran escala, multifuncionales y multigeográficos dentro del sector financiero o asegurador.

Metodologías Ágiles: Al menos 3 años de experiencia comprobada gestionando proyectos con metodologías Scrum / Agile. Se valorará experiencia previa en marcos tradicionales (Waterfall) o Lean.

Certificaciones: Certificación PMP (o similar) requerida. Certificaciones en Ágil (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, etc.) serán un plus altamente valorado.

Conocimiento del Negocio: Buen conocimiento de instrumentos de inversión y procesos de contabilidad financiera/inversiones.

Habilidades de Relación y Liderazgo: Experiencia gestionando equipos internacionales/distribuidos y excelente capacidad de comunicación y presentación ante la Alta Dirección (C-Level).

Idiomas: Inglés fluido (imprescindible para el entorno multicultural de la compañía).
