Your mission will be to act as the "bridge" between business strategy, industrial operations and technology:

>Process Engineering: Redesign and implement operational best practices and end-to-end processes to scale the efficiency of the area.

>Digital Lead (Power BI & M365): You will be the reference and "superuser" in analytics tools (dashboards, KPIs) and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

>UAT & IT Testing: As Key User, you will lead user acceptance testing for the integration of new software and IT tools.

>Systems Integration: You will define the interfaces between operational applications to ensure information flows without friction.

>Change Management: You will prepare functional documentation and train international teams to ensure agile adoption of changes.

>Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial Organization, Industrial, Computer Science) or equivalent technical/management profile.

>Tech Stack: Advanced command of Power BI (modeling, KPIs, dashboards) and the Microsoft 365 environment.

>Experience: Process optimization projects (Process Mapping), software implementation or Key User / UAT Lead roles.

>Languages: Fluent English (B2+/C1), essential for daily interaction with global stakeholders.

>Mindset: Analytical, proactive profile, with good communication skills for delivering training and a problem-solver mentality.

>Salary: Competitive band up to €39,778.73 gross/year (Category T5B) depending on profile fit.

>Contract Type: Temporary contract to cover a leave of absence (substitution of indefinite duration) with immediate start.

>Location: Tajonar (Navarra).

>Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours (Flexitime) + Partial remote work.

Tu misión será actuar como el "puente" entre la estrategia de negocio, la operativa industrial y la tecnología:

>Process Engineering: Rediseñar e implantar mejores prácticas operativas y procesos end-to-end para escalar la eficiencia del área.

>Digital Lead (Power BI & M365): Serás el/la referente y "superusuario/a" en herramientas de analítica (dashboards, KPIs) y ecosistema Microsoft 365.

>UAT & IT Testing: Liderarás como Key User las pruebas de aceptación de usuario para la integración de nuevo software y herramientas IT.

>Integración de Sistemas: Definirás las interfaces entre aplicaciones operativas para asegurar que la información fluya sin fricciones.

>Change Management: Elaborarás documentación funcional y capacitarás a los equipos internacionales para asegurar una adopción ágil de los cambios.

>Formación: Grado en Ingeniería (Organización, Industrial, Informática) o perfil técnico/gestion equivalente.

>Tech Stack: Dominio avanzado de Power BI (modelado, KPIs, dashboards) y entorno Microsoft 365.

>Experiencia: Proyectos de optimización de procesos (Process Mapping), implantación de software o roles de Key User / UAT Lead.

>Idiomas: Inglés fluido (B2+/C1), indispensable para interactuar diariamente con stakeholders globales.

>Mindset: Perfil analítico, proactivo, con buena comunicación para dar formaciones y mentalidad problem-solver.

> Salario: Banda competitiva hasta 39.778,73 € brutos/año (Categoría T5B) según encaje del perfil.

> Tipo de Contrato: Contrato eventual para la cobertura de una baja (sustitución de duración indeterminada) con incorporación inmediata.

> Ubicación: Tajonar (Navarra).
