Main duties:

  • Sampling and Analysis: Sample raw materials in controlled areas and perform physical-chemical and instrumental analyses (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, Karl Fischer) according to pharmacopoeias.
  • Data Integrity and Management (ALCOA+): Audit primary data, record results in LIMS and SAP, and investigate deviations and out-of-specification/out-of-trend results (OOS/OOT - CAPA).
  • Equipment and Resource Management: Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments, as well as manage the inventory of reagents, standards, and consumables.
  • Documentation and GMP Compliance: Draft and update PNTs, support process improvement, perform administrative tasks, and ensure strict compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Requirements

To successfully fit this profile, we require:

  • Education: Higher Level Training Cycle (CFGS) in Laboratory Analysis and Control.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of previous experience performing analysis and control functions for medications and/or cosmetic products.
  • Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated proficiency in essential analytical techniques: HPLC, pH, density, viscosity, UV/Vis spectroscopy, friability, hardness, disintegration, among others.
