Customer Advisor CUENCA

At Randstad we are looking to select a Customer Advisor to join MAPFRE ESPAÑA, at their offices in Cuenca (CUENCA-HERMANOS BECERRIL, 16), under a temporary contract.

What will you do?

The main duties of the position will be:

• Attend to customer needs and generate sales opportunities (direct sales, loyalty, reactivation) through direct contact with office customers and the use of loyalty tools (Te Cuidamos).
• Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Sales Technicians to increase office efficiency.
• Carry out telephone sales actions with the aim of reactivating former customers or cancellations.
• Attend to potential customers who visit the Office requesting information to identify possible insurance needs.
• Handle incidents affecting portfolio customers' insurance policies, improve customer loyalty levels, and generate new opportunities.
• Commercial management derived from the SGC (Commercial Management System).
• Comply with the institutional and organizational principles of the MAPFRE group.

What knowledge and experience will be considered?

Education and knowledge:

University degree, Bachelor's degree or similar.

Technical knowledge of insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.) will be valued, as well as subscription standards.

Knowledge of management, quotation, and issuance applications, as well as the SGC (Commercial Management System) and SGO (Operational Management System) will be valued.

Knowledge of the Mapfre commercial network will be valued.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service functions and/or sales by objectives will be required, and experience in insurance companies will be highly valued.

What is offered?

Temporary employment contract with part-time hours, working Monday to Thursday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and only two Fridays per month with the same schedule, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Desde Randstad buscamos seleccionar un/a Asesor/a de Clientes para incorporar en MAPFRE ESPAÑA, en sus oficinas de Cuenca (CUENCA-HERMANOS BECERRIL,16), mediante un contrato temporal.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

Las principales funciones del puesto serán:

• Atender las necesidades de los clientes y generar oportunidades de venta ( venta directa, fidelización, reactivación) a través del contacto directo con los clientes de la oficina y el uso de herramientas de fidelización ( Te Cuidamos ).
• Prestar soporte administrativo al Director de la Oficina y a los Técnicos Comerciales para aumentar la eficiencia de la Oficina.
• Ejecutar acciones comerciales telefónicas con el objetivo de reactivar antiguos clientes o anulaciones.
• Atender a los clientes potenciales que acuden a la Oficina pidiendo información para detectar posibles necesidades aseguradoras.
• Tramitar incidencias que afectan a los seguros de los clientes de cartera, mejorar el grado de fidelización y generar nuevas oportunidades.
• Gestiones comerciales derivadas del SGC. (Sistema de Gestión Comercial).
• Cumplir los principios institucionales y organizativos del grupo MAPFRE.

¿Qué conocimientos y experiencia van a ser considerados?

Formación y conocimientos:

Titulación universitaria, Licenciatura/Grado o similar.

Será valorable aportar conocimientos técnicos en los productos de patrimoniales (autos, hogar, decesos, etc.), así como de las normas de suscripción.

Valorable conocimiento de los aplicativos de gestión, cotización y emisión, del SGC (Sistema de Gestión Comercial) y del SGO(Sistema de Gestión Operativo).

Valorable conocimiento de la Red Comercial de Mapfre.

Experiencia:

Será necesario contar con experiencia previa en funciones de atención al cliente y/o venta por objetivos, y muy valorable aportar experiencia previa en compañías aseguradoras.

¿Qué se ofrece?

Contrato Laboral temporal con jornada parcial con horario de lunes a jueves de 16h a 19h y únicamente dos viernes al mes con el mismo horario, de 16h a 19h.
