Waiter/Waitress with a focus on excellence.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

1. Personalized customer service. Achieving correct and proper presentation, developing processes according to F&B standards
2. for high-quality food and beverage service. Ensuring the success of services with attention to detail, constantly seeking excellence and coordination with the kitchen and other departments.
3. Impeccable handling of protocol and etiquette in managing the hotel's different dining spaces.
4. ESG: acting in accordance with the company's sustainability norms and criteria.

Relevant training in the hotel sector (restaurant and tourism management, similar).

Previous experience in the sector of at least 2 years; experience in luxury hotels will be positively valued.

Fluent English (C1 level required); other languages will be valued. Spanish mandatory.

WSET certification and mixology knowledge highly valued.

Proactivity and autonomy.

Commitment, courtesy, and passion for detail.

Own vehicle.

Stable position with continuous full-time schedule, 40 hours per week

Contract with Randstad until 31/10/2026 + transition to permanent based on performance

Fixed Salary: 19,500 — + Tips.

Camarero/a de Sala con orientación hacia la excelencia.

Las principales responsabilidades del puesto pasan por:

1. Atención personalizada al cliente. Lograr una correcta y adecuada puesta en escena, desarrollando los procesos conforme a los estándares de F&B
2. Servicio de alimentos y bebidas de alta calidad. Atender y asegurar el éxito de los servicios con atención al detalle, buscando continuamente la excelencia y en coordinación con cocina y otros departamentos.
3. Manejo impecable de protocolo y etiqueta con la gestión de los diferentes espacios gastronómicos del hotel.
4. ESG: actuar conforme a las normas y criterios de sostenibilidad de la compañía.

Formación reglada afín al sector hotelero (restauración y turismo, parecidos)

Experiencia previa dentro del sector de al menos 2 años, se valorará positivamente experiencia en hotelería de lujo.

Nivel fluido de inglés (imprescindible Nivel C1), se valorarán otros idiomas. Español obligatorio.

Muy valorable WSET y conocimientos de coctelería.

Proyecto estable con jornada continua a tiempo completo 40 horas semanales

Contrato con Randstad hasta el 31/10/2026 + según desempeño paso a Indefinido

Salario Fijo: 19.500 — + Propinas.
