A leading company in the metal sector and in the midst of an expansion process, we are looking for a Customer Service specialist with great interpersonal skills and language proficiency to join our team in Igualada.

Integrated into our commercial and operations department, you will be the link between the company and our international clients. Your main functions will be:

360º customer management: Personalized attention, management of national and international orders, and logistical follow-up.

Administrative management: Preparation and sending of quotes, as well as the management and control of invoicing.

Commercial support: Direct support to the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of objectives.

Customer satisfaction and the achievement of objectives.

Incident resolution: Proactive management of any setbacks in the supply chain or after-sales.

Logistics coordination: Contact with carriers and the warehouse to ensure delivery deadlines.

What are we looking for in you?
Languages: High level of English (C1/Advanced) spoken and written.

Valuable: A good level of French would be very positive.

Experience: At least 2-3 years in Customer Service or Back Office positions, preferably in industrial environments.

Skills: Excellent communication skills (interpersonal skills), empathy, and proactivity.

Residency: Essential to live near Igualada or in the Anoia region.

Attitude: Willingness to learn, work in a team, and grow in a multicultural environment.
