About the role

Are you passionate about detail, excellence, and unique sensory experiences?

For the upcoming opening of the new Boutique in the heart of Zaragoza, we are looking for customer experience specialists capable of turning every visit into a memorable journey.

What you'll do

Your day-to-day:

You act as an ambassador for the IQOS brand in Spain, ensuring sales and consumer experience standards, and ensuring an excellent experience for the consumer.

You contribute to daily operational functioning by maintaining service and performance in line with the brand's premium positioning.

DAILY OPERATIONS: Ensure the proper functioning of the point of sale by making the relevant communications to the supervisor when necessary.

Includes both active sales and after-sales services, adapting communication based on the customer and demonstrating active listening and correct body language.

REPORTING: Properly execute assigned tasks to ensure reporting and accurately input data for both customers and store operations.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING: Always follow the visual merchandising guide according to PMI's premises.

MYSTERY SHOPPING: Actively participate in achieving a satisfactory result by engaging in role plays, internalizing areas for improvement, and collaborating with the team.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TASKS: Properly perform and follow up on assigned tasks or projects, proposing areas for improvement and showing a high level of involvement and commitment.

Requirements

Workplace: Boutique Zaragoza
Availability to work 40 hours per week.
High school diploma.
User-level Excel skills.
English level (B1 - B2), Spanish (C1 minimum)
Experience in the retail sector or in cold calling.
Teamwork, proactivity, and autonomy.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Passion for sales and customer service.
Permission to work in the EU.

What you'll do

Tu día a día:

Actúas como embajador de la marca IQOS en España asegurando las ventas y los estándares de experiencia del consumidor, y asegurando una jornada excelente para el consumidor.

Contribuyes al funcionamiento operacional diario manteniendo un servicio y performance en línea con el posicionamiento premium de la marca.

OPERACIONES DIARIAS: Garantiza el correcto funcionamiento del punto de venta realizando las comunicaciones pertinentes al supervisor en caso necesario.

Incluye tanto la venta activa como los servicios post venta adaptando su comunicación en base al cliente y mostrando escucha activa y un correcto lenguaje corporal.

REPORTING: Ejecuta de manera adecuada las tareas asignadas para garantizar el reporting e imputa los datos tanto de clientes como de la operativa de la tienda de manera adecuada.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING: Seguir siempre la guía de visual merchandising según las premisas de PMI.

MYSTERY SHOPPING: Participa activamente en conseguir un resultado satisfactorio, involucrándose en los role play, interiorizando los puntos de mejora y colaborando con el equipo.

TAREAS TRANSVERSALES: Realiza un correcto desempeño y seguimiento de las tareas o proyectos asignados, proponiendo puntos de mejora y mostrando un alto nivel de involucración y compromiso.
