Architecture Director

Do you have experience as an Architecture Director? — Have you led and coordinated the Construction and Architecture departments in a construction company or similar? This is your opportunity to join as the top executive in this position.

Reporting directly to the company's CEO, you will be responsible for the following functions:

1. Integral Direction and Execution of Projects:

-Author Architecture and Design: Definition of the architectural concept, design language, and interior design for high-end residential properties and comprehensive renovation projects.

-Refurbishment and Investment Management (House Flipping / Real Estate Value-Add): Supervision of the physical transformation of acquired properties to maximize their resale value or profitability before bringing them to market.

1. Operational Management and Construction Oversight:

-Technical Supervision and Licenses: Planning and technical execution control, ensuring compliance with the urban regulations of the Madrid City Council, management of construction licenses, and construction standards.

1. Synergy and Business Support:

-Coordination with the Real Estate and Investment Branch: Technical advice prior to the purchase of real estate assets to evaluate their redistribution potential, technical feasibility, and estimation of renovation costs.

-Off-Market Sales and Customization: Support in the early commercialization channel, allowing the adaptation of architectural projects to the specific needs of final buyers or international investors before completing the work.

• Architect or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architecture Director

Reportando directamente al CEO de la compañía, te encargaras de las siguientes funciones:

1. Dirección y Ejecución Integral de Proyectos:

-Diseño y Arquitectura de Autor: Definición del concepto arquitectónico, lenguaje de diseño e interiorismo para viviendas de alto standing y proyectos de reforma integral.

-Gestión de Reformas e Inversión (House Flipping / Real Estate Value-Add): Supervisión de la transformación física de los inmuebles adquiridos para maximizar su valor de reventa o rentabilidad antes de sacarlos al mercado.

1. Gestión Operativa y Control de Obras:

-Supervisión Técnica y Licencias: Planificación y control técnico de ejecución, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo urbanístico del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, gestión de licencias de obra y estándares constructivos.

1. Sinergia y Soporte a Negocio:

-Coordinación con la Rama Inmobiliaria y de Inversión: Asesoramiento técnico previo a la compra de activos inmobiliarios para evaluar su potencial de redistribución, viabilidad técnica y estimación de costes de reforma.

-Venta Off-Market y Personalización: Apoyo en el canal de comercialización anticipada, permitiendo adaptar los proyectos de arquitectura a las necesidades concretas de compradores finales o inversores internacionales antes de finalizar la obra.
