Cybersecurity Architect

• University degree in computer science, systems, cybersecurity, or similar.
• Relevant experience (approx. 5-7 years or equivalent) in security architecture or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of IT architectures (applications, data, networks, cloud, IAM, containers).
• Experience in threat modeling, risk management, and security by design.
• Knowledge of security frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, RGPD.
• Strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, and communication skills with different stakeholders.
• High level of Spanish and English.

• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI security (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, GenAI).
• Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, FCCM, TOGAF, or business.
• Experience in secure CI/CD, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Experience in complex, hybrid, or multi-cloud environments.

What will your purpose be?
As a Security Architect, you will support business objectives as the foundation of all cybersecurity architecture, transforming strategy and risk appetite into secure, resilient designs enhanced with artificial intelligence.
You will be a key figure within the Information Security Architecture domain, with direct impact on the organization's Strategic Dialog.

• Define, design, and evolve cybersecurity architectures aligned with business, technology, and threats.
• Transform security strategy and risk appetite into robust, resilient, and scalable solutions.
• Lead threat modeling, gap analysis, and definition of current/target state, integrating AI capabilities as an accelerator.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and deliverables as strategic assets of the domain.
• Design security roadmaps for cloud and on-premises environments (e.g., Zero Trust, SABSA, TOGAF).
• Evaluate emerging technologies and ensure their secure adoption, including GenAI and autonomous systems.
• Oversee automated or AI-based security solutions, validating outcomes and managing emerging risks.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business and IT, translating technical and risk needs into understandable language.
• Collaborate with enterprise, solution, and product architectures to ensure consistency and overarching security.
• Drive continuous improvement, security culture, and AI literacy within the organization.
• Coordinate governance, compliance, privacy, and third-party risk management initiatives.
