Electromechanical Technician

Do you have experience as an electromechanical technician? At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you!

Carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance under the guidelines of the area manager, reporting in writing the information related to it.

Ensure the operation and productivity of the machinery to optimize processes.

Contribute ideas regarding possible technical modifications, always seeking to improve processes in terms of costs and productivity while maintaining a continuous improvement focus.

Carry out the assembly and disassembly of the packaging line, as well as the verification of the cleanliness of parts. Perform parameter adjustment and start-up checklists.

Intervene in the event of line malfunctions and stoppages. Resolve the issue(s) and inform the area manager so they can intervene if necessary.

Keep the area workshop clean and tidy, as well as the work equipment.

• Higher-level vocational training (FP) in maintenance, electricity and electronics or similar.
• Experience in a similar position of at least 2 years.
• Own vehicle
• Good attitude.

• Rotating shifts: Night, Afternoon and Morning, Monday to Friday. Once a month, a 4th shift is worked: 40 hours + 12 hours from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday. Those 12 hours go into an hour bank that can be used at the worker's discretion.

Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo bajo directrices del responsable del área, reportando por escrito por escrito la información relativa al mismo.

Asegurar el funcionamiento y la productividad de la maquinaria para la optimización de los procesos.

Aportar ideas relativas a posibles modificaciones técnicas tratando en todo momento de mejorar los procesos en términos de costes y productividad y manteniendo siempre el enfoque de la mejora continua.

Llevar a cabo el montaje y desmontaje de la línea de envasado, así como la verificación de la limpieza de piezas. Realizar el ajuste de parámetros y check-list de arranque.

Llevar a cabo la intervención en caso de desajustes en la línea y paradas de la misma. Solucionar la incidencia/s e informar al responsable del área para que intervenga en su caso.

Mantener el taller del área limpio y ordenado así como los equipos de trabajo

• Fp grado superior en mantenimiento, electricidad y electrónica o similares
• Experiencia en puesto similar al menos 2 años
• Vehículo propio
• Buena actitud

• Turnos rotativas de Noche, Tarde y Mañana de L a V. Una vez al mes se realiza 4º turno, 40 h + 12h de 6 a 18 el sabado, esas 12 horas van a una bolsa de horas que se disfrutan a voluntad del trabajador
