What you'll do

Integrated into the Maintenance department, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and packaging lines, ensuring their maximum availability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults in process machinery and auxiliary equipment.
  • Carrying out interventions on industrial automation systems, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, variable frequency drives, and instrumentation.
  • Managing format changes, adjustments, and technical setups, ensuring compliance with quality and productivity standards.
  • Analyzing technical incidents to identify root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Managing and recording your interventions using the CMMS maintenance system (SAP), ensuring proper traceability.
  • Providing technical support for the plant's industrial utility installations (compressed air, industrial refrigeration, steam, treated water, etc.).
  • Managing spare parts and materials, participating in defining minimum stock levels to ensure operational continuity.
  • Collaborating with Production, Quality, and Engineering on continuous improvement, as well as on the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, environmental, and occupational risk prevention regulations at all times.

Requirements

  • Education: Higher Level Training Cycle (FPII) in Industrial Mechatronics, Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Automation and Robotics, or related technical qualifications.
  • Experience: Solid, demonstrable track record in electromechanical maintenance of packaging and process lines, preferably in the food, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or similar sectors (experience with fillers, cappers, labelers, cartoners, palletizers, etc.).
  • Technical skills:

Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, as well as technical documentation.

Knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, industrial networks, and basic PLC programming/diagnostics.

  • Proficient use of diagnostic tools and fault analysis equipment.
