Facilities Engineer/Site Manager

• Planning, organization, and monitoring of the construction site.
• Maintenance of facilities (fire protection systems, plumbing, HVAC...)
• Technical and economic control of the project (costs, measurements, and certifications).
• Monitoring of the schedule and compliance with deadlines.
• Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Supervision of execution quality.
• Management of procurement and optimization of resources.
• Preparation of progress reports and reporting to management.
• Resolution of technical issues on site.
• Liaison with the client and the property owner.

• Degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction.
• Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and MS Project or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and health and safety (PRL).
• Ability to interpret blueprints and budgets.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
• Results-oriented with strong cost control skills.

Driving license B.

Availability to travel to the various facilities.

¿Eres ingeniero/a y tienes experiencia en la gestión integral de proyectos industriales?

• Planificación, organización y seguimiento de la obra.
• Mantenimiento de instalaciones (PCI, fontanería, climatización...)
• Control técnico y económico del proyecto (costes, mediciones y certificaciones).
• Seguimiento del planning y cumplimiento de plazos.
• Coordinación de subcontratas, proveedores y personal de obra.
• Supervisión de la calidad de ejecución.
• Gestión de compras y optimización de recursos.
• Elaboración de informes de avance y reporte a Dirección.
• Resolución de incidencias técnicas en obra.
• Interlocución con dirección y propiedad.

• Grado en Ingeniería de la Edificación, Ingeniería Civil o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Jefe/a de Obra o puesto similar en construcción.
• Manejo de Presto, AutoCAD y MS Project o herramientas equivalentes.
• Conocimiento de normativa de construcción y PRL.
• Capacidad de interpretación de planos y presupuestos.
• Capacidad de organización y liderazgo.
• Orientación a resultados y control de costes.
