What you'll do

Coordinating, together with the project manager, the resources assigned to each

project (Human, Technical, and Material Resources).

Technical management of assigned projects (Preparation of reports).

Direct contact with assigned Clients during project development.

Status reports on each of the points under your responsibility to your project manager.

Technical support to Engineers and Specialists in their work equipment.

Identifying project risks and having a comprehensive view of the progress and status of the

project.

Assistance and, on occasion, leadership of follow-up meetings,

planning, Cx....

Leading Cx activities in the assigned systems.

Identifying deviations and incidents and proposing technical solutions.

Preparation of reports, test methods, scripts, etc.

Technical control of the execution of installations, tests, and trials.

Review and approval of project documentation.

What we're looking for

Engineer (Higher or Technical), with experience in the Sector, specifically:

Mechanical Installations (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection),

Electrical Installations or Control Systems,

Energy Certifications in Buildings (LEED, BREEAM, ...), ESG.

Experience of at least 4-5 years in the functions and responsibilities

previously described.

Knowledge of metrology in your specialty.

Knowledge of applicable regulations in your specialty.

Theoretical and practical knowledge of measurements, tests, and trials.

Knowledge of Commissioning.

Knowledge of Data Centers.

Office automation - Advanced.

AutoCAD.

Nice to have

Internal training in concepts: Cx, TAB, FWT/FAT... (desirable)
