Buscamos mentes analíticas que no se conformaban con el aprobado raspado, recién graduadas en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial, Mecatrónica...) y con ganas de cacharrear con tecnología de última generación.

Idiomas:

>Inglés (B2/C1): La planta está aquí, pero el equipo y la tecnología son globales. Tienes que poder entenderte con la matriz sin usar el traductor de Google.

>Euskera: Vivimos y trabajamos en el Goierri, así que hablarlo o entenderlo fluidamente es clave para tu día a día en la planta.

> Contrato temporal con posibilidad de incorporarte en plantilla como Indefinido

> Plan de formación ad hoc en proyectos reales de automatización, digitalización e industrial 4.0

> Salario acorde mercado

> Jornada completa con disponibilidad de realizarla en turnos flexibles

>Tu título (recién salido del horno): Grado terminado (o a falta del TFG) en Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica o Automática.

>Experiencia laboral: Literalmente ninguna (o menos de 1 año). Buscamos un lienzo en blanco para formarte desde cero.

>Rendimiento académico: Haber sido de los que se tomaban las cosas en serio. No te pedimos un 10 de media, pero sí demostrar que tienes una mente analítica potente y que tu expediente destaca.

>Código postal: Residir en Gipuzkoa (zona Goierri o alrededores) o tener la logística resuelta para trabajar allí a diario. Cero mudanzas locas a grandes ciudades; el impacto se genera desde aquí.
