About the role

What you'll do

In your day-to-day role, you will take on a key position in managing the safety of the workplace:

Audits and Compliance: You will identify and report compliance risks and opportunities for improvement through weekly and monthly audits.

Incident Investigation: You will facilitate and provide support throughout the complete accident or incident investigation process.

Technical Documentation: You will keep all internal documentation and databases up to date to ensure regulatory compliance and company policies.

Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) with all three specialties: Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.

Communication Skills: Proven ability to effectively convey the safety culture to all levels of the organization.

Stress Management: Ability to remain calm and act with full professionalism in high-pressure situations or emergencies.

Digital Tools: Professional command of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Confidentiality: Previous experience handling sensitive personnel and security information.

Availability: Full flexibility to work variable shifts (morning, afternoon, night, and weekends).
