Green Infrastructure Site Manager

Do you have training in Agricultural, Forestry, or Mountain Engineering and bring experience leading environmental projects? · Management of gardening, forestry or environmental services.

· Organization and planning of human and material resources for works and services.

· Technical management of software.

· Preparation and control of the project budget.

· Economic control of subcontractors and assigned material resources.

· Technical preparation of works and services certifications.

· Daily communication with municipal technical managers.

· Agricultural Technical Engineer, Forestry Technical Engineer, Forestry Engineer, Agronomist...

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

· Good command of Office 365, Autocad, Presto, QGIS, ARCGIS.

· Driving license B

· Strong communication skills with clients and suppliers.

· Commercial skills

· Dirección de Servicio de jardinería, forestales o medioambientales.

· Organización y planificación de recursos humanos y materiales de obras y servicios.

· Gestión técnica de programas informáticos.

· Realización y control de presupuesto del proyecto.

· Control económico de subcontratistas y medios materiales asignados.

· Elaboración técnica de certificaciones de obras y servicios.

· Comunicación diaria con los responsables técnicos municipales.

· Ingeniero/a técnico Agrícola, Ingeniero/a Técnico Forestal, Ingeniero/a de Montes, Ingeniero/a Agrónomo...

· Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar.

· Buen uso de Office 365, Autocad, Presto, QGIS, ARCGIS.

· Carnet de conducir B

· Gran capacidad de comunicación hacia clientes y proveedores.

· Habilidades comerciales
