Order Preparer Warehouse Worker

Day-to-day duties

Receive the terminal handover from the shift supervisor

Receive the pallet truck/stacker assignment from the shift supervisor

Activate the terminal for automatic order assignment

Place pallets/cart onto the pallet truck/stacker to build the order (aisle 1 or 3 in the case of AR)

Go to the picking location indicated by the terminal to deposit the specified goods

Place the goods on the pallet/cart in an orderly manner (seeking stability)

Walk through the aisles of the section to pass by each picking location

If we open a picking location, remove plastic whenever possible

If we complete a picking location, always remove the empty pallet from the picking location

Place the plastic in the aisle carts to maintain order and cleanliness

*In the case of displays, always maintain order and cleanliness of plastics and pallets, with continuous checking

Once the order is finished, request a label from the terminal for printing

Go to the strapping area once the order is finished

Check that there is enough roll for strapping in automatic or manual mode (if not, request one from the shift supervisor)

Strap the pallet or cart optimally so that the goods remain secured for transport

Place the identification label on the order at the strapping area for later identification (this indicates the worker who completed the order and the time)

Move to the loading bays (term referring to placing the order at the goods exit) with the order to deposit it ready for distribution

Place the order in the corresponding loading bay. It will be indicated at the Grupo MAS counter, and if it is not indicated, assign one and write it down on the paper.

-Salary: 17,474 for a 39-hour part-time schedule

-Working day: Monday to Saturday with one day off per week in addition to Sunday

-Schedules: Monday to Friday rotating afternoon and night shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 6 AM. Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM

Required certifications

Forklift operator: Electric pallet truck, order picker and stacker

Food handler

Minimum and desirable requirements: 3 months of experience

Funciones del día a día

Recibir la entrega del terminal por el jefe de turno

Recibir la asignación de transpaleta/apilador por el jefe de turno

Activar el terminal para asignación automática del pedido

Implantar palets/carro en la transpaleta/apilador para poder montar el pedido (calle 1 o 3 en caso de AR)

Dirigirse al picking que indica el terminal para depositar la mercancía indicada

Depositar la mercancía en el palet/carro de forma ordenada (buscando estabilidad)

Recorrer las calles de la sección para pasar por cada picking

Si realizamos la apertura de un picking, en todos los casos posibles eliminar plástico

Si realizamos la finalización de un picking, sacar siempre el palet vacío del picking

Depositar el plástico en los carros de los pasillos para mantener el orden y limpieza

*En caso de display, mantener siempre orden y limpieza de plásticos y palets, revisión contínua

Una vez finalizado el pedido solicitar etiqueta al terminal para su impresión

Dirigirse a la zona de flejado una vez finalizado el pedido

Comprobar que hay rollo suficiente para flejar en automático o manual (en caso de no haber solicitar al jefe de turno)

Flejar de forma óptima el palets o carro para que la mercancía quede sujeta de cara al transporte

Poner etiqueta identificativa al pedido en el flejado para su posterior identificación (aquí se indica trabajador que realiza el pedido y hora)

Trasladarse a las playas (término que se refiere a ubicar el pedido en la salida de mercancías) con el pedido para depositarlo preparado para su distribución

Ubicar el pedido en la playa correspondiente. Estará indicado en el mostrador de Grupo MAS y en caso de no estar indicado, asignar uno y apuntarlo en el papel.

-Salario: 17474 parcialidad de 39h

-Jornada laboral: De lunes a sabados con un descanso a la semana aparte del domingo

-Horarios: Lunes a viernes turnos rotativos tarde y noche 14 a 22 y 22 a 6. Los sabados de 9 a 16h

Carretillero: Transpaleta eléctrica, recogepedidos y apilador

Manipulador de alimentos"
