About the role

As a Chemical Plant Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out the phases of the manufacturing process (reactions, distillations, filtrations and drying) by operating reactors, centrifuges and auxiliary equipment. You will work under GMP and industrial safety regulations, joining a high-level technical environment with stability and continuous development.

What you'll do

Production Operations

  • Execute the different stages of the API manufacturing process (raw material loading, chemical reactions, distillations, filtrations, drying, transfers and intermediate packaging).
  • Operate process equipment such as reactors, filters, dryers, centrifuges, pumps and auxiliary systems.
  • Perform basic process checks and verify operating parameters according to manufacturing instructions.
  • Prepare, assemble, disassemble and clean production equipment and facilities.
  • Take part in campaign changeover activities and equipment preparation.
  • Carry out cleaning operations and maintain the necessary order in facilities and work areas.

GMP and Quality Compliance

  • Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing instructions.
  • Accurately and in real time complete all production-related documentation (manufacturing guides/batch records, logbooks, checklists).
  • Comply with data integrity and document traceability standards.
  • Safety, Health and Environment
  • Comply with industrial safety and occupational risk prevention regulations.
  • Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Manage and segregate waste in accordance with established procedures.

  • Academic qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training (CFGM) or Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) in Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Product Manufacturing or a similar qualification.
