• Base annual gross salary: €18,848.10 distributed in 12 monthly payments
• Variable compensation: these are the additional bonuses or payments

€1.97 for night work performed. (approximately €1,100 annually)

€50 per month for acquired versatility

€200 per month if you become a line leader

€115 per month if you become a formulator/oven operator/machinist

€400 per month when working 4 shifts

Once you acquire ownership of the position, you gain access to an annual bonus of €3,000, paid quarterly based on the achievement of individual objectives.

Cumplir normas de seguridad e higiene laboral.

Registrar datos de producción (cantidades, incidencias, tiempos).

Detectar y comunicar incidencias o fallos en el proceso.

Valorable trabajo anterior con maquinaria industrial

• Salario bruto anual de base: 18.848,10¿ distribuidas en 12 mensualidades
• Retribución variable: estos son los pluses o pagos adicionales

1,97¿ nocturnidad realizada. (anual 1.100¿ aproximadamente)

50¿ mensuales por polivalencia adquirida

200¿ mes si se convierte en jefe de línea

115¿ mes si se convierte en formulador/hornero/maquinista

400¿ mes cuando trabajan a 4 turno

Una vez adquirida la titularidad del puesto acceden a un bonus de 3.000¿ anuales que se abonan de forma trimestral en función de la consecución de objetivos individuales.
