Offset Machine Operator

We need people in AMETLLA DEL VALLÈS to work as operators for an OFFSET MACHINE, no experience required but lots of attitude!!

Prepare the raw material pallets; Adjust the marking; Remove pallets from the exit area; Place the plates in printing; Fill the ink fountains if necessary; Monitor the correct operation of the marker during the run; Perform pallet changes; Keep the area clean, formulate Pantone colors.

Help prepare the necessary elements of the job as well as the required materials

Effectively contribute to reducing machine setup times

Contribute to achieving the quality objectives required by the customer.

Assist in performing preventive maintenance on the machine and auxiliary equipment

Keep the work area, machine and auxiliary equipment clean.

No prior knowledge of offset printing is required

Availability to work different shifts

Ability to work as part of a team, responsibility and commitment to quality, safety and environmental standards.

necesitamos personas en AMETLLA DEL VALLÈS para trabajar de operario para MAQUINA OFFSET, sin experiencia pero mucha actitud!!

Preparar las paletas de materia prima; Ajustar el marcado; Extraer las paletas de la zona de salida; Colocar las planchas en impresión.; Llenar los tinteros si es necesario; Vigilar el correcto funcionamiento del marcador durante el tiraje; Realizar los cambios de paleta; Mantener el área limpia, formulación pantones.

Ayudar a preparar los elementos necesarios del trabajo así como los materiales necesarios

Colaborar eficazmente a la reducción de los tiempos de preparación de la máquina

Colaborar en la consecución de los objetivos de calidad requeridos por el cliente.

Ayudar en la realización del mantenimiento preventivo de la máquina y equipos auxiliares

Mantener limpia la zona de trabajo, máquina y equipos auxiliares.

No se requiere conocimientos previos en impresión offset
