Staff for 5-Star Hotel Luces (Colunga)

learn at an exclusive luxury hotel complex. We are not looking for prior experience

in the sector, but rather an excellent attitude, a willingness to give your best, and motivation

to be part of key departments such as Housekeeping and Kitchen.

We are looking for talent for two fundamental areas of the hotel. Depending on your profile and interests,

your tasks will focus on one of these departments:

*** In the Housekeeping Department ***

Full cleaning, care, and maintenance of luxury rooms and common areas

of the hotel.

Restocking amenities, linens, and providing special attention to guests.

Ensuring every space meets the highest standards of quality and cleanliness

required by a 5-star establishment.

*** In the Kitchen Department ***

Direct support and assistance to the kitchen team in food preparation and pre-

preparation.

Organization, cleaning, and maintenance of work areas (kitchen), ensuring

food hygiene and safety standards.

Active collaboration to ensure smooth service during the different meal services

in the restaurant.

The most important thing for us is your attitude. To fit into this project, we need:

Attitude and motivation: A willingness to learn, proactivity, the ability to make an effort, and a focus

on excellence and doing the job well. Lack of experience in the sector is not a

problem if you have the right attitude!

Full and Immediate Availability: It is absolutely essential to have availability

to work from Monday to Sunday (with legally established rest days).

Flexible Schedule: Ability to adapt to different work shifts, including

morning, afternoon, and evening shifts according to the hotel's needs.

Own Vehicle: Having a car or your own vehicle is highly valued for

commuting to the workplace, especially essential for comfortably covering

afternoon and evening shifts.

aprender a un exclusivo complejo hotelero de gran lujo. No buscamos experiencia

previa en el sector, sino una excelente actitud, ganas de dar lo mejor de ti y motivación

para formar parte de departamentos clave como Pisos y Cocina.

Buscamos talento para dos áreas fundamentales del hotel. Dependiendo de tu perfil e intereses,

tus tareas se enfocarán en uno de estos departamentos:

*** En el Departamento de Pisos ***

Limpieza integral, cuidado y mantenimiento de las habitaciones de lujo y zonas comunes

del hotel.

Reposición de amenities, lencería y atenciones especiales para los huéspedes.

Asegurar que cada espacio cumpla con los máximos estándares de calidad y pulcritud

exigidos por un establecimiento de 5 estrellas.

*** En el Departamento de Cocina ***

Soporte y asistencia directa al equipo de cocina en la preparación de alimentos y pre-

elaboraciones.

Organización, limpieza y mantenimiento de las zonas de trabajo (Office), garantizando las

normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.

Colaboración activa para asegurar un servicio fluido durante los distintos servicios de

restauración.

Actitud y motivación: Ganas de aprender, proactividad, capacidad de esfuerzo y orientación

hacia la excelencia y el trabajo bien hecho. ¡La falta de experiencia en el sector no es un

problema si tienes la actitud adecuada!

Disponibilidad Total e Inmediata: Es absolutamente imprescindible contar con disponibilidad

para trabajar de Lunes a Domingo (con los descansos establecidos por ley).

Flexibilidad Horaria: Capacidad para adaptarse a diferentes turnos de trabajo, incluyendo

horarios de mañana, tarde y noche según las necesidades del hotel.

Vehículo Propio: Se valora muy positivamente disponer de coche o vehículo propio para el

desplazamiento al centro de trabajo, especialmente fundamental para cubrir con comodidad

los turnos de tarde y noche.
