About the role

What you'll do

As a Project Manager, your mission will be to plan, direct and control project execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality:

Planning and documentation: Prepare the initial documentation (Project Brief, PID, phase plans and work packages), defining scope, schedule and resources.

Team leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and achievement of objectives.

Risk and issue management: Monitor deviations, manage changes and apply timely corrective measures.

Governance and reporting: Report periodically to the Steering Committee on project progress, risks and status.

Stakeholder relations: Ensure smooth and effective communication with clients, suppliers and interested parties.

Quality and continuous improvement: Ensure compliance with the internal methodology and capture lessons learned to optimize future processes.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years managing technology or consulting projects.

Education: University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Science, Engineering or equivalent.

Languages: English level B2-C1 (fluent spoken and written communication skills for a corporate environment).

Management tools: Mastery of business management software and the MS Office package (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key competencies: Excellent communication and influencing skills, ability to manage complex stakeholders and clients, analytical mindset, rigor and attention to detail.

Hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work per week.

Ideal and flexible schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (flexible entry from 7:30 a.m.) and Friday short day from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
