• Coordinate all aspects of the project: planning, team, logistics, and implementation.

• Experience in construction projects, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Proactive and commercial profile.
• Technical English.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Driver's license.
• Based in the Zaragoza area.

En HMY buscamos un/a Aparejador/a - Project Manager de Obra para espacios comerciales que quiera encargarse de proyectos de gran impacto, desde la licitación hasta la apertura, trabajando con las principales marcas a nivel mundial.

• Coordinar todos los aspectos del proyecto: planificación, equipo, logística y puesta en marcha.
• Supervisar en terreno y asegurarte de que cada obra se ejecute con éxito.
• Gestionar recursos y motivar al equipo para lograr resultados excepcionales.
• Mantener contacto con el cliente y asegurar que todos los requerimientos se cumplen.
• Controlar presupuestos, márgenes y cierre económico de cada proyecto.

• Experiencia en proyectos de obra, preferiblemente retail o hospitality.
• Liderazgo y capacidad de gestionar equipos.
• Perfil proactivo y comercial.
• Inglés técnico.
• Disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia.
• Carnet de conducir.
• Residencia en el entorno de Zaragoza.
