What you'll do

Supported by a highly skilled and committed technical team, you will be responsible for:

1- Strategic Transformation: Design, implement, and coordinate the annual contracting, purchasing, and supply plan at group level, unifying the criteria of the different subsidiaries.

2- Negotiation and Tendering: Lead tendering processes and major contracts both locally and globally, ensuring compliance with the internal purchasing policy (based on a strategy of qualifying 3 global suppliers).

3- Technical Supply Management: Coordinate the procurement of equipment, machinery, and specialized services required for the operational activity of the different branches.

4- Process and Systems Optimization: Evaluate and improve current internal procedures, leading the system change through the corporate management software (SAP).

5- Empathetic Leadership: Coordinate and motivate your direct team, fostering a healthy work environment with open communication and respecting the knowledge of professionals who have been with the organization for a long time.

6- Budget Control: Ensure that all contracts, tenders, and invoice validations strictly comply with current budgets and quality standards.
