About the role

At Randstad we are looking for a Functional Project Technician to join, through an employment agency, a major banking institution, providing direct support to the Accessibility and Social Banking team.

You will be part of a cross-functional team participating in the governance, management, and monitoring of the institution's accessibility initiatives:

What you'll do

  1. Monitoring and Governance

Organizing and participating in follow-up meetings on accessibility (digital channels, ATMs, etc.).

Preparing content and executive documentation for management committees.

Identifying, monitoring, and escalating risks, dependencies, and impediments of projects.

  1. Operational Project Management

Cross-functional coordination with internal areas (Business, Legal, Technology, Digital Channels, Contact Center) and group companies.

Liaising with strategic partners and leading external entities (Ilunion, AENOR, ONCE, among others).

Coordinating accessibility gaps, action plans, and document management through corporate tools (COSMOS).

  1. Reporting and Certifications

Preparing periodic progress reports for decision-making.

Supporting quality and accessibility certification processes (AENOR 360º) in coordination with external consultancies.

How you'll work

Salary: €20,800 gross per year.

October to April: Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Thu from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m./4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (37.50 h/wk). May to September: Mon to Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (35 h/wk).

Contract: Immediate start via Randstad (employment agency) in a professional environment of excellence.
