What you'll do

The role combines technical specialization in OHS with administrative support to Labor Relations:Occupational Health and Safety (OHS):Implement and update the Safety Management System (SMS) to reduce accident rates.

Conduct risk assessments, emergency plans, and coordinate preventive activities (PA) with external companies.

Manage health surveillance, safety training, and the procurement/delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Investigate incidents and accidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures.

Act as the liaison with the External Prevention Service (EPS) and the Mutual Insurance Company. Human Resources / Labor Relations:Support in recruitment processes: gathering needs, contacting agencies, and managing candidates. Manage onboarding: welcoming new employees, handling documentation, and delivering materials.

Manage attendance control, incident management, and support with payroll preparation.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Safety and Health, Engineering, Labor Relations, or Psychology.

Specialization: Master's degree in OHS with all three specialties (Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Psychosocial).

Experience: 1 to 2 years in similar roles will be valued, preferably in industrial environments or EPS.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ISO 45001 standards, and EPS coordination platforms. Languages: Basic English level.
