About the role

Do you have experience as a maintenance technician? We have a position for you.

What you'll do

Preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC installations (Heating and DHW, Refrigeration and ventilation): Boilers (gas, oil), heat pumps, pipe networks, circulation pumps, valves, heat exchangers, storage tanks, regulation and control systems, fuel installations.

Basic maintenance for Legionella prevention and control.

Basic preventive and corrective electrical maintenance in Low voltage: replacement of protections and contactors.

What we're looking for

Minimum requirements:

Availability to travel

Availability to be on call.

Knowledge and use of CMMS.

Specific Requirements:

Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic knowledge.

Knowledge of heating networks and boilers.

Driver's license

Welding and working at heights knowledge is a plus.

Basic 50-hour H&S course is a plus.

Nice to have

Desired Education: (specialty):

Technician in heat production installations.

Technician in refrigeration and HVAC installations.

Higher Technician in Thermal and Fluid Installations Maintenance.

Minimum Experience:

3 - 5 years performing duties related to the maintenance and installation of heating and DHW systems as well as HVAC systems. Preferably in the residential and commercial sector. Experience in industrial maintenance, steam boilers, and superheated water boilers is also valid.

Valuable:

Knowledge/experience in basic electrical maintenance.

Knowledge/experience in basic Legionella prevention and control tasks.

Knowledge/experience in H&S. Mainly working at heights, platforms, electrical risk.
