About the role

What you'll do
Your day-to-day will focus on ensuring that human capital management is impeccable from an administrative and legal standpoint:
Full payroll cycle: Preparation, review, and closing of monthly payrolls
(variables, severance payments, arrears, and extra payments).
Social Security management: Processing registrations, terminations, variations, and
IT/AT reports through the RED and SILTRA systems.
Hiring: Formalization of employment contracts, extensions, and communications
to the SEPE.
Tax obligations: Preparation and submission of forms 111 and 190
(IRPF).
Technical advisory: Resolving employee questions about their
payrolls, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and current labor regulations.
Report management: Preparing payroll cost reports and summaries
for management.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge: complete administrative
Experience: 2 years
Education: Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in similar positions (previous experience
in firms or consultancies is highly valued).

Tu día a día se centrará en asegurar que la gestión del capital humano sea impecable desde el punto de vista administrativo y legal:
Ciclo completo de nómina: Elaboración, revisión y cierre de nóminas mensuales
(variables, finiquitos, atrasos y pagas extras).
Gestión de Seguridad Social: Tramitación de altas, bajas, variaciones de datos y
partes de IT/AT a través del Sistema RED y SILTRA.
Contratación: Formalización de contratos de trabajo, prórrogas y comunicaciones
al SEPE.
Obligaciones fiscales: Preparación y presentación de los modelos 111 y 190
(IRPF).
Asesoramiento técnico: Resolución de dudas de los empleados sobre sus
nóminas, convenios colectivos de aplicación y normativa laboral vigente.
Gestión de informes: Elaboración de reportes de costes salariales y resúmenes
contables para la dirección.
