What you'll do

. Maintenance of Active Fire Suppression Systems (Manual and Automatic)

Fire Extinguishers and Fire Hose Reels (BIEs): Annual inspection of extinguishers (weight, hose condition, gauge, nozzle) and fire hose reels (pressure check, hose and valve condition).

Sprinkler Systems: Visual inspection of sprinkler heads, cleaning, and testing of alarm valves at control stations.

  1. Maintenance of Fire Detection Systems (Electronic Protection)

Fire Alarm Control Panels: Checking the correct operation of the customer's control panel, testing emergency batteries, and verifying that alarm signals are transmitted correctly (if connected to a Central Monitoring Station).

Detectors and Manual Call Points: Cleaning and actual testing of optical smoke detectors, heat detectors, and beam detectors, as well as activating manual call points to ensure they trigger the sounders.
