What you'll do

As a First-Class Maintenance Technician, you will work autonomously and proactively, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:

-Executing preventive and corrective maintenance of machines, equipment, and plant facilities, ensuring their proper functioning.

-Conducting shift-based inspections of the set of machines and facilities to detect any anomalies or deviations.

-Actively collaborating in the assembly, installation, or modification of plant equipment and facilities.

-Immediately informing the Maintenance Manager of any incidents, breakdowns, or anomalous situations.

-Executing orders and instructions received from hierarchical superiors within your area of responsibility.

-Participating in continuous improvement actions related to maintenance and the production process.

-Keeping the work area clean, orderly, and in adequate safety conditions at all times.

-Strictly complying with quality, safety, and health at work standards (as well as other functions derived from these Management Systems).

Requirements

To assume the level of responsibility and technical autonomy required for this role, it is essential to meet the following profile:

-Education: Higher Vocational Training in Electricity, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or equivalent industrial specialty (valued)

-Professional Experience: A Senior profile is required, with demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in a similar industrial maintenance position.

-Attitude: High rigor in compliance with safety regulations, ability to adapt to rotating shifts, and a focus on continuous improvement.

-Availability to work rotating shifts. Availability to work two Saturdays per month.

Benefits and conditions

-Salary Conditions: Base salary governed by the applicable collective agreement (First-Class Maintenance Technician Category), distributed in 12 payments. Around 28,000 euros - 32,000 euros gross annual salary.

-Variable Compensation: Attractive additional variable compensation system. Could reach 34,000 euros / gross.

-Annual Schedule: Maximum of 1,800 hours worked annually.

-Work Schedule and Shifts: Rotating shift system of morning, afternoon, and night, working from Monday to Saturday in an organized manner.

-Special Weekend Conditions: Two Saturdays per month are usually worked.

-Each Saturday worked is paid with the Saturday bonus set by the collective agreement.
