What you'll do

In your day-to-day role...

Maintenance and setup: Performing changeovers and adjusting machinery on automatic packaging lines (filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, and overwrapping), carrying out preventive and corrective tasks.

Fault diagnosis: Detecting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues in plant equipment.

Supervision and continuous improvement: Monitoring line operation during the shift, recording actions taken, and collaborating on projects to reduce downtime and validate new machinery.

Organization and compliance: Ensuring communication between shifts, maintaining order in the workplace, and strictly adhering to quality, prevention, and safety standards.

Requirements

Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio or Superior) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or a related field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years in industrial maintenance on automatic production or packaging lines.

Technical skills:

Electromechanics, pneumatics, industrial electricity, and automation systems.

Changeovers, machinery adjustments, and reading electrical/pneumatic diagrams.

The following will be valued positively:

Experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food sectors and with high-speed lines.

Knowledge of hydraulics, PLCs, GMP/BPF regulations, occupational risk prevention (PRL), or a forklift license.
