You will work in the Customer Service department of our Call Center, where you will carry out the following tasks:
· Assist customers via telephone, email, and online chat.· Make and receive calls to provide customers with information about the company, its products, and its services.· Inform customers about the status of their orders.· Complete databases in the client's systems.· Handle inquiries and resolve customer doubts and incidents. We need you to be an assertive and positive person.· Monitor and follow up on incidents.· Redirect calls to the corresponding department.· You will need to know the company's systems and practices. But don't worry, we will train you for this.

Minimum vocational training (FP II) and/or demonstrable experience.· Good speaking level in Spanish and Portuguese.

· Positive attitude and a strong desire to grow and develop professionally.
· Knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word, and Power Point).

- A salary according to the agreement (1,200 - 1,400 gross euros / monthly)
- Shift from 10:00 to 19:00

Trabajarás en el departamento de Customer Service de nuestro Call Center, donde llevarás a cabo las siguientes tareas:

Estudios mínimos de FP II y/o experiencia demostrable.· Buen nivel de interlocución en español, portugués.
