About the role
From Randstad Professional, we are looking for Credit Insurance Claims Processors for a major insurance company based in Madrid.
What you'll do
Verify and determine compliance with the coverage conditions of the credit insurance claims files assigned, determining the indemnity liability for them.
Control and review of the commercial documentation that formalizes the credits reported as unpaid, in coordination with the Collections team and external collaborator.
Control, monitoring, and updating of assigned claims files. Report any incidents/inconsistencies that the System may present and propose improvements in processes.
Requirements
Preferably a degree in Law or similar.
User-level computer skills.

Nivel fluido de inglés (equivalente a B2).
