Do you have experience as a maintenance technician?

The usual tasks to be carried out are the following:

• Visual inspection of the facilities and equipment.
• Receiving trucks and monitoring the supply of biomass stored in the silo.

Biomass Maintenance Heating Boilers

• Checking combustion and feeding parameters.
• Manual and mechanical cleaning of the boilers and the installation as a whole.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of the infrastructure and substations.
• Remote monitoring of the facilities.

Compulsory secondary education or intermediate vocational training in electromechanics or in the industrial maintenance field.

Knowledge of gas, diesel and/or biomass boilers.

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic maintenance.

2 or more years of experience in industrial maintenance.

Welding skills and small repair work.

The following are positively valued:

Forklift and/or telehandler licence.

Industrial boiler operator licence.

Training in occupational risk prevention, work at height, confined spaces...

-Permanent contract with the company

-Work schedule in winter (October to May) in shifts: mornings from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., afternoons from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and nights from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

-Workplace at the Valladolid Oeste Plant or at the Miguel Delibes Campus (Valladolid).

¿Tienes experiencia como técnico de mantenimiento?

Las tareas habituales a desempeñar son las siguientes:

• Verificación visual de las instalaciones y de los equipos.
• Recepción de camiones y controlar el suministro de biomasa almacenada en el silo.

Mantenimiento Biomasa Calefacción Calderas

• Verificación de parámetros de combustión y alimentación.
• Limpieza manual y mecánica de las calderas y de la instalación en conjunto.
• Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la infraestructura y de las subestaciones.
• Monitorización remota de las instalaciones.

Educación secundaria obligatoria o FP de grado medio en electromecánica o en la rama de mantenimiento industrial.

Conocimiento de calderas de gas, gasoil y/o biomasa.

Conocimientos en mantenimiento mecánico, eléctrico e hidráulico.

Experiencia de 2 o más años en mantenimiento industrial.

Conocimientos de soldadura y pequeños trabajos de reparación.

Se valora positivamente:

Carnet para el manejo de carretilla y/o de manitu.

Carnet de operador de calderas industriales.

Formación en PRL, trabajos en altura, espacios confinados….

-Contrato indefinido con empresa

-Horario de trabajo en invierno (de octubre mayo) a turnos mañana de 7 a 15 h, tardes de 15 a 23 h y noches de 23 a 7h.

-Centro de trabajo en Central de Valladolid Oeste o en el Campus Miguel Delibes (Valladolid).

-Salario competetivo más variables por noches y horas extras.
