What you'll do

What will your mission be?

Your role will be key to ensuring the product reaches every customer in perfect condition. Your responsibilities will include:

Process Control: Supervision of traceability of raw materials and auxiliary materials.

Physical-Chemical Laboratory: Measurement of key parameters such as Brix, pH, viscosity, piece size, ascorbic acid, color, and density.

Organoleptic Analysis: Sensory evaluation of the product (flavor, odor, appearance).
