At riu.com we are looking for a Digital Creative and Production Manager to lead the conceptualization, visual development, and technical execution of all campaign digital assets. This role combines artistic vision with the operational efficiency required in dynamic digital environments.

In this position, as part of the Advertising and Digital Communication team, you will lead the creative area, ensuring maximum quality and suitability for digital platforms on a day-to-day basis. You will also manage the outsourcing of creative work to agencies for campaigns, large-scale projects, or occasional high-volume needs. You will be the key link in translating the direct sales business strategy into visually impactful, scalable, and conversion-oriented digital narratives.
