What you'll do
Carry out the activities of the Quality Control Laboratory established by the department coordinator.
Sample materials, raw materials or products when necessary for analysis or for shipment to customers.
Analyze raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate product and/or finished product as indicated in the approved specifications and procedures.
Monitor the facilities related to production and analysis.
Water sampling and analysis.
Experience in performing tests such as bioburden and microbiological enumeration is required.
Supervise the analyses performed by another analyst when required.
Control the consumption of materials and reagents in the Quality Control Laboratory, using them responsibly.
Verify the cleanliness, maintenance and calibration expiry of all laboratory equipment prior to use.
Order and receive in a timely manner the materials and reagents needed for the proper development of laboratory tests, maintain a minimum stock of them and ensure they are used within their expiry period.
Collaborate on tasks related to analytical and process development as required by company needs. Document results and operations in a timely manner in the specific notebooks according to GMPs and the company's quality system.
Comply with the standards and procedures established in the quality system relating to Quality Control Laboratory activities.

What you'll do
Realizar las actividades propias del Laboratorio de Control de Calidad establecidas por el coordinador del departamento.
Muestrear materiales, materias primas o productos en caso necesario para análisis o envíos a clientes.
Analizar materias primas, material de acondicionamiento, producto intermedio y/o producto terminado según se indique en las especificaciones y procedimientos aprobados.
Monitorizar las instalaciones relacionadas con la producción y análisis.
Muestreo y análisis de aguas.
Se requiere experiencia en la realización de ensayos como bioburden y recuento microbiológico.
Supervisar los análisis realizados por otro analista cuando sea requerido.
Controlar el consumo de materiales y reactivos del laboratorio de Control de Calidad, haciendo uso responsable de los mismos.
Verificar la limpieza, mantenimiento y vencimiento de calibraciones de todos los equipos de laboratorio previamente al uso de los mismos.
Pedir y recepcionar con tiempo suficiente el material y reactivos necesarios para el correcto desarrollo de los ensayos del laboratorio, mantener un stock mínimo de los mismos y controlar que se usen dentro de su periodo de caducidad.
Colaborar en aquellas tareas relacionadas con el desarrollo analítico y de procesos que se le precisen según necesidades de la compañía. Documentar en tiempo y forma, los resultados y operaciones en los cuadernos específicos según GMP's y el sistema de calidad de la compañía.
Cumplir con las estándares y procedimientos establecidos en el sistema de calidad, relativos a actividades del Laboratorio de Control de Calidad.
