Quality Assurance Technical Compliance Specialist

What will you do?

Perform reviews at the manufacturing plant of the activities scheduled in the department to verify their correct execution in routine, and possible improvements in the CCS. Activities related to the injectable manufacturing process such as:

Gowning processes in different types of classified areas,

Material disinfection process and flow

Aseptic practices of operations according to classification and activity

Execution of walkthroughs in the manufacturing plant, utilities, and laboratory

Detection of possible procedural non-compliances and/or activities that could be improved.

Sharing findings with the related areas and proposing improvement mechanisms.

We are a Spanish pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of small molecules and biological medical products.

We likewise use our sales channels to market a number of licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents and other products for hospital use, as well as OTC pharmaceuticals.

All of this is carried out through our specialized sales team formed by more than 260 people who promote the products with specialized medical professionals and in hospitals and pharmacies.

What will you do?

Realizar revisión en planta de fabricación de las actividades calendarizadas en el departamento para comprobar su correcta ejecución en rutina, y posibles mejoras en el CCS. Actividades relacionadas con proceso de fabricación de inyectables tales como:

Procesos de vestimenta en distintos tipos de areas clasificadas,

Proceso y flujo de desinfección de materiales

Prácticas asépticas de las operaciones según clasificación y actividad

Ejecución de walkthrough en planta de fabricaicón, utilities y laboratorio

Detección de posibles incumplimientos procedimentales y7o actividades mejorables.

Puesta en común con las áreas relacionadas y propuestas de mecanismos de mejora.
