Plant Manager - Northeast WWTP (Tenerife)

We are currently looking to hire a Plant Manager in Tenerife who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

Job duties and responsibilities

• Operation and management of the plant.

• Process control and its variables.

• Preparation of reports for the client and management of process tables.

• Economic control of the contract.

• Coordinate the work of the technical staff under their supervision, ensuring the proper operation of the facilities.

• Communications with the client.

Water/Energy

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and skills:

• Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering. Training in water treatment will be considered an asset.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plant Manager or in Commissioning. Experience in water treatment plants will be considered an asset.

• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.

• Driving license B2.

• Profile with leadership and team management skills, ability to solve problems and make decisions, communication skills, results-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto

• Explotación y gestión de la planta.

• Control del proceso y sus variables.

• Elaboración de informes para el cliente y control de tablas de proceso.

• Control económico del contrato.

• Coordinar el trabajo del personal técnico a su mando, asegurando que se garantice el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones.

• Comunicaciones con el cliente.

Agua/ Energía

Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias:

• Grado en Ingeniería Química / Mecánica / Eléctrica / Civil. Valorable formación en tratamiento de aguas.

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Jefe de Planta o Puesta en Marcha. Valorable experiencia en plantas de tratamiento de aguas.

• Conocimiento en normativas de seguridad y medioambiente.

• Carnet de conducir B2.

• Perfil con liderazgo y gestión de equipos, capacidad para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones, habilidades de comunicación, orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
