About the role

Requirements and competencies

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and skills:

  • Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering. Training in water treatment will be considered an asset.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plant Manager or in Commissioning. Experience in water treatment plants will be considered an asset.

  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.

  • Driving license B2.

  • Profile with leadership and team management skills, ability to solve problems and make decisions, communication skills, results-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
