Contract Manager (Contract Management) - Aragon

We are currently looking to bring on board a Contract Manager for Contract Management who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

Job duties and responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of the project's main agreements, ensuring the monitoring and fulfillment of contractual obligations during execution.

• Drafting and negotiation of subcontracting, supply, and services contracts, as well as their possible amendments, change orders, and claims, in coordination with the Legal and Contract Management departments.

• Identification, recording, and tracking of contractual events and notifications, ensuring traceability and the documentary support necessary to defend potential claims.

• Coordination with project teams to oversee the Contractor-Owner relationship and protect the company's contractual interests.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a Contract Manager para la Gestión Contractual, que comparta nuestro compromiso con la calidad, la responsabilidad y el servicio excelente.

Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto

• Gestión integral de los principales acuerdos del proyecto, asegurando el seguimiento y cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales durante la ejecución.

• Redacción y negociación de contratos de subcontratación, suministro y servicios, así como de sus posibles modificaciones, órdenes de cambio y reclamaciones, en coordinación con los departamentos Legal y de Gestión Contractual.

• Identificación, registro y seguimiento de eventos contractuales y notificaciones, garantizando la trazabilidad y el soporte documental necesario para la defensa de potenciales reclamaciones.

• Coordinación con los equipos del proyecto para supervisar la relación Contratista–Propietario y proteger los intereses contractuales de la compañía.
