Operations Health & Safety Technician (Interim)

As a Occupational Risk Prevention Technician (Safety) at the Toledo Plant, you will be the person responsible for ensuring compliance with OHS legislation and SBFE Safety standards, driving a solid Zero Harm culture.

Your role is key to ensuring that safety is not just regulatory, but a daily way of working on the plant floor.

• Comprehensively manage Occupational Risk Prevention (safety, hygiene and ergonomics).
• Carry out risk assessments, define action plans and ensure their follow-up.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and HIPO, turning lessons learned into real improvements.
• Lead key Safety projects, with priority focus on Lockout/Tagout (LOTO):
  • Analysis of hazardous energies
  • Development and improvement of procedures
  • Training for internal staff and contractors
  • Audits and field observations
• Manage contractor safety and CAE:
  • Document validation
  • Risk assessments
  • Work permits
  • Field follow-up
• Participate in engineering projects and modifications, integrating Safety from the design stage.
• Deliver safety training and inductions.
• Prepare Safety KPIs and reporting, collaborating with Iberia and Europe teams.

In short: you will take safety from the standard to the field.

• Technical university degree.
• Master's degree in OHS with all three specialties.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment.
• Solid experience in:
  • LOTO and hazardous energies
  • Contractor management and CAE
• Strong focus on field work.
• Ability to communicate, influence and connect with operational teams.
• Advanced level of English (B2–C1) for interaction with corporate teams.

• A role with real impact on people's safety and well-being.
• Work close to operations, with a presence on the plant floor and direct contact with key teams.
• Participation in Safety projects with visibility at Iberia and Europe level.
• Autonomy to drive improvements and lead safety initiatives. A demanding and dynamic industrial environment, with a strong focus on Zero Harm.

Como Técnico/a de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (Safety) en la Planta de Toledo, serás la persona responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación en PRL y de los estándares de Seguridad SBFE, impulsando una cultura sólida de Zero Harm.

Tu rol es clave para que la seguridad no sea solo normativa, sino una forma de trabajar diaria en planta.

• Gestionar de forma integral la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (seguridad, higiene y ergonomía).
• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos, definir planes de acción y asegurar su seguimiento.
• Investigar accidentes, incidentes y HIPO, transformando aprendizajes en mejoras reales.
• Liderar proyectos clave de Seguridad, con foco prioritario en Bloqueo y Consignación de Energías (LOTO):
  • Análisis de energías peligrosas
  • Desarrollo y mejora de procedimientos
  • Formación a personal propio y contratas
  • Auditorías y observaciones en terreno
• Gestionar la seguridad de contratas y CAE:
  • Validación documental
  • Evaluaciones de riesgos
  • Permisos de trabajo
  • Seguimiento en campo
• Participar en proyectos de ingeniería y modificaciones, integrando Safety desde el diseño.
• Impartir formaciones e inducciones de seguridad.
• Elaborar KPIs y reporting de Safety, colaborando con equipos de Iberia y Europa.

• Titulación universitaria técnica.
• Máster en PRL con las tres especialidades.
• Experiencia previa en entorno industrial.
• Experiencia sólida en:
  • LOTO y energías peligrosas
  • Gestión de contratas y CAE
• Alta orientación al trabajo en campo.
• Capacidad para comunicar, influir y conectar con equipos operativos.
• Nivel alto de inglés (B2–C1) para interacción con equipos corporativos.

• Un rol con impacto real en la seguridad y el bienestar de las personas.
• Trabajo cercano a las operaciones, con presencia en planta y contacto directo con equipos clave.
• Participación en proyectos de Safety con visibilidad a nivel Iberia y Europa.
• Autonomía para impulsar mejoras y liderar iniciativas de seguridad. Un entorno industrial exigente y dinámico, con un fuerte foco en Zero Harm.
• Formar parte de una compañía donde la seguridad es una prioridad real, no solo normativa.
