About the role

Control and supervise the development of the adaptations and the performance of the tasks of the personnel under their charge, both internal and external, ensuring the correct execution of the contracted services, following the regulations governing the Occupational Risk Prevention Law, addressing and resolving incidents, optimizing the center's resources, correcting possible deficiencies, and maintaining an appropriate relationship with clients and employees, whether directly or indirectly, through the latter's legal representatives.

  • Handle the control and monitoring of the site.

  • Review the technical solutions and their construction feasibility.
  • Manage the site documentation, as-built.
  • Plan the adaptations, resolving any incidents that may arise and proposing improvements in execution to ensure compliance with the requirements requested by the client.
  • Report to your superior on the development of the various services, discussing incidents and guidelines for improving the services.
  • Ensure compliance with the service levels established by contract.
  • Manage any expression of client dissatisfaction in the most appropriate way.
  • Carry out any activity necessary to fulfill your main mission.

Education & certifications

Degree in Technical Architecture.
