Monitor and supervise the development of the adaptations and the performance of the tasks of the personnel under your charge, both internal and external, ensuring the correct execution of the contracted services, following the regulations established by the Occupational Risk Prevention Law, addressing and resolving incidents, optimizing the center's resources, correcting possible deficiencies, and maintaining an appropriate relationship with clients and employees, whether directly or indirectly, through the legal representatives of the latter.

• Study and preparation of budget/project for its execution
• Study of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan for the project
• Plan the scheduling of adaptation visits
• Handle the control and monitoring of the project
• Review of the descriptive technical document, which includes the description of the action and the scope of the works according to the visit conducted, a detailed budget by item, and an execution schedule for them
• Review technical solutions and their construction feasibility.
• Manage the project documentation, as built.
• Plan the adaptations, resolving any issues that may arise and proposing improvements in execution to ensure compliance with the client's requirements
• Report to your superior on the progress of the various services, discussing incidents and guidelines with them to improve the services
• Ensure compliance with the service levels established by contract
• Manage any expression of dissatisfaction from clients in the most appropriate manner
• Carry out any activity necessary to fulfill its mission
