About the role

At Sener Aeroespacial y Defensa, thanks to the growth of our projects in the field of Space and Defense, we want to expand our team by incorporating an Engineer Hardware Developer for electronic equipment.

You will be part of an engineering company that is a pioneer in the design of satellite technology and equipment for space exploration. In Defense, we undertake the design and production of equipment and systems, including unmanned ones, collaborating with the main space agencies, government bodies, and companies in the sector.

What you'll do

You will join a multidisciplinary team (hardware, control, software, and mechanics) that develops electronic equipment for applications such as antenna pointing systems, robotic couplings and anchors, telescope focusing or scanning systems, among others.

In your day-to-day work, you will participate in:

  • The requirements analysis of electronic equipment, collaborating with more senior profiles on the team.

  • Electronic design at the schematic level, as well as support in PCB placement and routing tasks.

  • Carrying out analog and digital simulations.

  • The definition and execution of functional hardware tests, also participating in environmental test campaigns.

  • The preparation of technical documentation associated with the developments.

  • Participation in internal and customer technical reviews, accompanied by the senior team.
