- At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer for singular buildings (hospitals, hotels, pharmaceutical projects, airports, etc.).

- Experience in technical assistance on site for mechanical installations.

- Experience in HVAC, sanitation, plumbing, fire suppression, and detection systems.

- Skills for management and direct dealings with clients and contractors.

- Ability to work with a certain degree of autonomy, while also working as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn and develop in new areas of mechanical engineering.

- Focus on quality and performance.

- Knowledge of local and international standards.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Tools: MS Office, Autodesk Revit MEP, HAP, etc., projects.

- Knowledge of health and safety on site.

Education & certifications
